Control Tower

QTS has set up a Control Tower with a purpose to manage and oversee the entire tracking operations, facilitating real-time monitoring, data analysis, communication, and decision-making to enhance the efficiency, safety, and security of a fleet. This is applicable for GPS based Tracking services, RFID based Asset tracking and other related services. Some key functions and responsibilities of Control Tower team are:

• Real-Time Monitoring: Vehicle Location Tracking: The control tower monitors the real-time location of vehicles using GPS coordinates. This information is crucial for route optimization, ensuring vehicles are on schedule, and responding promptly to any deviations.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: The control tower analyses historical data to identify patterns, optimize routes, and make informed decisions for improving efficiency. Control Tower team also generates customized reports on various metrics such as trip start, trip end, travel time, distance covered, ETA at destination , fuel consumption, and driver behaviour.
• Alerts and Notifications:
  Alerts: Geofencing capabilities enable the Control Tower to set virtual boundaries. Alerts are triggered when a vehicle enters or exits these predefined areas, in events of un-scheduled stoppages, deviation from assigned route , transit time compliance etc.
  Over Speeding Alerts: Alerts are generated when a vehicle exceeds predefined speed limits, promoting safer driving practices.
  Maintenance Alerts: The system can generate alerts based on vehicle health parameters, facilitating proactive maintenance.
  Driver Behaviours Monitoring: It monitors and reports on driver behaviour and promoting safe driving practices.
  Communication with Drivers: Team communicates with drivers in real-time, providing instructions, updates, or addressing any concerns. In case of emergencies, the Control Tower team can initiate communication with drivers and dispatch help if needed.
• Routing and Navigation Assistance: The Control Tower team can dynamically adjust routes based on real-time traffic conditions, ensuring the most efficient paths are taken. It provides navigation guidance to drivers, reducing the likelihood of getting lost and optimizing travel time.
• QTStalks : Along with Control Tower , QTS Solutions has introduce a Multi-Dimensional Interactive mobile based App “ QTStalks” for authorised users to obtain real time status and fleet tracking related information.
